After enjoying working in an advisory capacity with UpShift for the past two & a half years, Richard has stepped in as Acting General Manager for the end of 2023. 

Richard has over 30 years experience in the IT industry, working with businesses across the primary, health, distribution and retail sectors. He has sat on advisory and strategic boards at Auckland University and Vodafone and is a current member of the Institute of Directors and the Institute of Information Technology Professionals.

Richard and his wife Sue live in Motueka. In his downtime, Richard enjoys fly fishing and the occasional craft beer at the local Moutere Inn.
